Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You can fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal


If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Loss of Value / Damage
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties, and functionality.

Please note:

  • A full refund will only be given for unused and undamaged goods, including undamaged original packaging.

  • In the case of damaged or used goods, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly due to the loss in value or to refuse the refund.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of

  • goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer

  • Refund Policy

    1. Refund Method
    Refunds are generally made using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
    Examples:

    • Payment by credit card → Refund to the same credit card

    • Payment by PayPal → Refund to the same PayPal account

    • Payment by bank transfer → Refund to the same bank account

    • 2. Prerequisite for Refunds
      A refund can only be made if the goods have been returned in accordance with our return policy and have been inspected by us.

      3. Processing Time
      After receipt of the return, the refund is usually processed within 5–10 business days. The exact duration until the credit is received depends on the respective payment provider.

      4. Exceptions
      If a refund via the original payment method is technically not possible (e.g., expired card), the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative refund method.
